First night home with the baby and I'm terrified

We get to leave the hospital tomorrow and I've never been so scared in my life. What if I do something wrong? What if I can't hear him breathing? What if I break him somehow? Everyone says you'll figure it out but that doesn't really help right now. Anyone else feel like this or am I just freaking out for no reason?
