First smile happened today

My daughter is 6 weeks old and she straight up smiled at me this morning while I was changing her diaper. I know everyone says it's probably just gas but man it felt real. Made me tear up a little. The sleepless nights suddenly feel worth it.

That's incredible man. Those early smiles hit different. My daughter is almost 8 weeks now and I'm still waiting for that real smile. How did it feel?

Oh man, that's the stuff right there. At 6 weeks too that's pretty early. Congrats on getting such a great moment during diaper duty of all places.
