That was not in the YouTube videos. It's not in the hospital classes. It's not in the parenting books. It was just... everywhere. On the onesie, on the sleeper, on his back. How does that much come from something so small? My wife was laughing at me while I was gagging. Cool cool cool we're doing great.
Still figuring stuff out too if that helps. Two months is early, you're doing fine. The blowouts get less shocking after a while, trust me.
The blowout diaper is like a rite of passage nobody warns you about. My oldest had one in the Target parking lot and I just sat there holding him like okay what do I do now. You learn quick that there's a reason they sell those emergency wipe packs.
Haha two months in and you're already getting baptized by fire. The YouTube videos really gloss over the reality. Wait until you've got one in each hand going simultaneously.
Welcome to actual parenting. Nothing prepares you for that. The hospital classes are somehow rated G even though this job isn't. You got this though, gets easier every time.

DUDE. My son had one of those at 2 months and I genuinely thought something was broken. Checked every parenting site at 3am convinced he was sick. Turns out that's just what happens sometimes. No YouTube video could prepare me for that chaos.
