First time changing a diaper - way grosser than anticipated lol

That's it. That's the post. Why didn't anyone warn me about what newborn poop looks like. It's YELLOW and SEEDY and comes out of nowhere at maximum velocity. I got absolutely covered yesterday and just stood there like an idiot covered in meconium. My wife was laughing her ass off at me. Anyway how do you guys mentally prepare for this every single day because I'm still traumatized
