First time feeling like I actually know what I'm doing

My daughter is 4 months old and today I got her down for a nap without my wife's help and she actually stayed asleep. Probably sounds silly but man I felt like a superhero. All these early weeks of second guessing myself and watching my wife do everything perfectly, and now I'm figuring out her cues and what she needs. Pretty excited about this whole dad thing now that it's starting to click.

Wait till you hit the six month mark and you start actually enjoying the chaos instead of just surviving it. You're in for some good times ahead.

That nap win is HUGE. Once you nail the nap routine you've basically unlocked a level in the game. How long has it taken you to feel confident with her?
