How do you get spit-up out of everything?

Seriously asking. My 3-month-old is a projectile spitter and I've ruined like 5 shirts, 2 car seats, and a sofa cushion in the past week. Laundry detergent, enzyme stuff, nothing is working. Do I just accept that everything will smell like sour milk for the next year?
