Just realized I haven't taken a shower in 4 days

Not even joking. My wife and I have been tag-teaming so hard that neither of us has time for basic hygiene. I smell like a gym locker mixed with spit-up. This is unsustainable lol. Do other people just... find time? Or is this normal new parent life?

Real talk: if you haven't showered, your wife probably hasn't either. Maybe tonight you both deserve 20 minutes to yourself. Even just sitting in the bathroom with the door closed.

I learned to take a shower during nap time or just do it when my wife's home and can handle the baby for 10 minutes. Changed my whole mindset about self-care.

Four days is actually kind of impressive in a weird way. I usually hit the 2-3 day mark before I feel like a complete caveman.

How old is your baby? Once they hit like 4 months you get slightly more breathing room. Slightly.
