Milestone moment: she rolled over for the first time today

My daughter is 4 months old and this morning during tummy time she just rolled from her back to her belly. My wife missed it because she was in the kitchen but I got it on video. I must've watched that 30 second clip like 50 times already. I know rolling over is basic stuff but man when it's your kid you feel like they just landed on the moon. Anyone else get weirdly emotional over these little things?

That's huge man, congrats! My kids hit those milestones so fast you almost miss them if you blink. Make sure your wife knows she'll get her moment to see the next one, they keep coming.

That's huge! Four months is right on schedule for rolling. My daughter did the same thing and suddenly everything changed - she gets herself into the weirdest positions now. Just wait until she figures out she can roll back the other direction too.

That's awesome. The first roll is wild to watch. I remember just sitting there like did that actually just happen? Have you noticed if she's favoring one side or is she rolling both directions already?
