My 3 month old rolled over today and I almost cried

Not gonna lie, watching my little guy roll from his back to his stomach for the first time hit different. I know it's a small thing developmentally but I was so proud I felt like I was gonna lose it. Texted my wife a video immediately. Is this normal dad stuff or am I being too sappy? Either way I don't care, best moment of my life so far.

That's awesome man, those moments hit different. I remember when my oldest rolled over and I literally stopped what I was doing to just watch him. You're not being sentimental, you're experiencing something really cool.

It's not a small thing at all. Getting to see your kid hit these developmental wins is what it's all about. I've got three and I still get excited about this stuff.
