My kid won't stop crying and I'm about to lose it

My 2 month old has been screaming for like 45 minutes straight. I've changed him, fed him, burped him, checked for diaper issues, everything. Wife is at work and I'm home alone and honestly I can feel myself getting really frustrated. I know he's just a baby but this is so hard. How do you guys keep calm when they're like this? Any actual tips that work?

45 minutes is brutal. Have you tried white noise or just walking around outside with him? Sometimes a change of scenery helps break the cycle. At 2 months you're still figuring out what works so don't beat yourself up if nothing seems to work right now.

Hang in there. This phase passes, I promise. In the meantime remember you're allowed to put him down safely and take 5 minutes for yourself if you need it. You gotta keep your own head on straight to help him.

Could be reflux or just the witching hour. Both my kids did this around that age and it was basically hell from 6-8pm every night. Lasted like a month then just stopped. You're not doing anything wrong, sometimes babies just gotta scream it out.
