My wife is 7 months pregnant and I'm freaking out about the money stuff
We've got insurance and a decent emergency fund but seeing all these hospital bills and thinking about childcare costs next year is making me lose sleep. I make decent money but not THAT decent. Anyone else get hit with unexpected costs after baby came? What should I be budgeting for that nobody talks about? My parents keep saying 'you'll figure it out' but that's not helping my anxiety right now.
You've got this. Insurance and an emergency fund puts you way ahead of where a lot of folks are when they're in your shoes. The money stress doesn't completely go away, but it gets easier to manage once the kid actually arrives and you find your rhythm.
