Nanit app tracking - is it creepy or genius?

We set up the Nanit camera and the app shows all his sleep data, eating patterns, even flags when he's in certain positions. Part of me loves having all this data to feel in control. Other part of me wonders if I'm becoming obsessive about tracking something that used to just... happen naturally. Do parents actually use all this data or just stare at it compulsively?
