Owlet Smart Sock - worth it or overpriced peace of mind?

Been thinking about grabbing one of these for my 2-month-old. The heart rate monitoring is appealing but also... do I really need to be alerted at 3am about oxygen levels? Might just stress me out more. Anyone actually use this and find it helpful or is it just anxiety feeding?
