We bought the $80 IKEA one because budget. Six months later it's wobbling, one shelf is bent, and I'm convinced it's gonna collapse while I'm changing our son. Just ordered the Babyletto one everyone recommends. This is a 'pay now or pay later in an emergency room visit' situation. Save yourself the stress.
Yeah we learned this the hard way too. Spent $75 and it lasted 8 months before the legs started splitting. Now we use the dresser top method with a changing pad and it's way more stable.
Did you try tightening all the bolts? Sometimes IKEA stuff just needs a good tune up after a few months of use. Worth checking before you write it off completely.
The IKEA Sniglar table is honestly terrible quality for the price point. Everyone I know who got it had wobble issues by month 4. Should have just gotten a used Pottery Barn one off Facebook.
We actually just use a regular dresser with a changing pad on top now. Saves money and you get way more storage underneath for diapers and clothes. The standalone tables always seem to wobble eventually.

This is why I sprung for the actual expensive one the first time. It was like $250 but we used it for both kids and it's still solid. Sometimes cheap furniture costs you more in the long run.
