Sleep schedule help needed
Baby is 3 months old and we're still doing the 2-3 hour feeding cycle at night. I work full time and I'm running on like 4 hours of broken sleep. I know he's still young but does anyone have tips for helping him consolidate his sleep even a little bit? My wife is doing most of the nights since she's on maternity leave but I feel terrible about it. Tried the bedtime routine thing, white noise, all of it. Open to suggestions.
That phase is temporary but feels eternal. We did shifts with our son, I'd take 10pm to 2am and my wife would take 2am to morning. Having even one long stretch of uninterrupted sleep made a huge difference for my work performance.
