Swaddling technique advice needed

I watched like 5 YouTube videos but every time I try to swaddle my son he looks like a burrito that's about to fall apart. The nurses made it look so easy. He gets out within 5 minutes. My wife is better at it but I want to be able to do this right. Any tips from experienced guys?
