Switching pediatricians - wondering if it's worth the hassle

Our pediatrician in Columbus (Dr. Matthews at Riverside Pediatrics) is fine but the office staff is absolutely incompetent. Takes 3 weeks to get an appointment, they lose records, last visit they had us wait 45 minutes past our appointment time. Our son is 4 months old and I'm already tired of fighting to schedule basic checkups.

I found a new practice with better reviews but starting over feels like such a pain. New patient forms, explaining his history again, finding the office... am I being lazy or is this actually annoying enough to justify switching? Would appreciate feedback before we make a decision.
