Tips for getting baby to sleep in bassinet?

Our 8 week old will only sleep on us and I know we created a rod for our own back here. The second we put him down in the bassinet he screams. We've tried the gradual approach, warming the mattress, white noise, everything. Any tricks that actually worked for you guys? And please no judgment, we're just tired and need solutions.
