He's 4 months. I just went to buy milk and eggs. Took 45 minutes instead of 15. He cried for 10 minutes in the checkout line. But I did it and nobody died. Why does this feel like a major achievement lol
Don't sleep on this feeling. Every solo outing with a baby builds your confidence. Eventually you won't think twice about it. You're doing great.
The fact that you only bought milk and eggs in 45 minutes means you actually did pretty well. I've seen dads take twice as long with a baby that age.
Yo that's huge though. Solo grocery trip with a 4 month old is legit an accomplishment. You survived without backup and he survived the store. Call that a win.
