When did everyone else's baby sleep through the night?

My daughter is 6 weeks old and still up every 3 hours at night. People keep asking if she's sleeping through the night yet and when I say no they give me this look like I'm doing something wrong. My pediatrician says it's totally normal and some babies take longer. But man I'm tired and feeling kind of judged that we're not there yet. Anyone else dealing with this?
