When did your baby smile at you on purpose?

Our son is 6 weeks and I swear he smiled at me yesterday when I was talking to him but everyone says I'm crazy and it's just gas. I don't care what anyone says, that was a real smile and it melted my entire face. When did your kids start doing real smiles? I'm obsessed with getting another one.
