When did your baby start sleeping longer stretches

We're at 4 weeks and our boy is still on like a 2-3 hour feeding schedule around the clock. I keep reading about babies who sleep 5-6 hour stretches but I'm starting to think those aren't real. Should we be doing something different? Is this normal or are we doing something wrong?
