Wife hasn't been interested in, uh, that in 5 months

Not sure how to approach this without sounding like a jerk. Our son was born 5 months ago and my wife just isn't interested in being intimate. She says she's touched out (I looked it up and it's a real thing, not just her avoiding me). I get it - she's exhausted, her body has been through a lot. But I'm also lonely and frustrated. We tried talking about it once and it turned into a fight where she felt pressured. Anyone navigated this without making your partner feel like garbage or like you're being selfish?
