Wife is exclusively pumping and I'm losing my mind

So my wife decided to pump instead of nursing directly and honestly it's been a nightmare. Every 3 hours like clockwork she's hooked up to the pump for 20-30 mins, then I have to wash all the bottles and parts. I'm doing most of the night feeds which is great for bonding but man I'm exhausted. She feels guilty about it but I keep telling her it's fine, we're managing. Anyone else dealing with this? Does it get easier or is this just life for the next year?

Exclusive pumping is legit rough. At least with my daughter I could jump in with bottles when needed, but every three hours on the dot is exhausting for both of you. Hang in there, it gets easier.

That's a tough schedule for your wife for sure. The good news is you can help way more than you might think - handling diaper changes, night feedings, all of it. You two got this.
