Ambitious camping trip with 2 kids next month

Planning a 3 day car camping trip with my boys (6 and 8) and I'm trying to plan meals that are simple but don't suck. Last trip was all hot dogs and cereal and the kids were miserable by day 2. Thinking about prepping some stuff at home to bring. What are your go-to camping meals that aren't a pain to cook on a camp stove and that kids will actually eat?
