Anyone else attempt homemade pizza on the grill?
Tried making pizzas on my charcoal grill yesterday using a pizza stone and man, I'm hooked. Temp management is tricky but once you get it right the crust comes out perfect. We did 4 pizzas total, let the kids pick their toppings, and even the burned edges tasted good. Thinking about building a proper outdoor oven next year. Has anyone done that?
Grilled pizza is underrated. Tastes way better than oven pizza honestly. Did you make the dough from scratch or use store bought to test it out first?
