Anyone else attempt sourdough starters or just me
Started a sourdough starter 3 weeks ago because I saw it on TikTok and thought why not. Now I'm feeding it like a pet twice a day and my kitchen smells like a brewery. Finally did my first bake yesterday and the bread is actually pretty good? Kids won't eat it because it's "too sour" but my wife said it's better than store bought. Anyone else doing this or am I that guy now.
This is the real pandemic hobby that never died. I'm on starter number 2 because I forgot about number 1 in the back of the fridge. The feeding schedule is brutal when you've got other stuff going on.
