Started doing this last month and honestly it's become my thing now. Friday nights I get the dough going, let it rise overnight, and Saturday we do a whole pizza night with the kids. They pick their own toppings and it's chaos but in a good way. Way cheaper than ordering out too.
Friday night dough prep is genius. My kids love helping shape the pizzas on Saturday and it gives us something fun to do together without having to leave the house.
This is the kind of weekend mission I can get behind. My kids would lose their minds being allowed to help make pizza. Do they get to customize their own or is it a family thing?
Same here, been doing homemade dough for a while now. The overnight rise makes all the difference and honestly it's become one of my favorite parts of the week with the family.

What recipe do you use? I've tried a couple times and can never get the crust right. Either too dense or it doesn't rise enough.
