Anyone else meal prep on Sundays to keep sane?
Started doing this a few months ago and it's changed the whole week. I spend like 3 hours on Sunday chopping and cooking and freezing meals. Sounds boring but it means I'm not running through a drive thru or yelling at the family when I'm too tired to cook. Plus my kids think it's cool watching it all come together. Highly recommend if you're in a weekday crunch.
This is exactly the kind of thing that keeps you sane when working full time. One afternoon of prep beats five nights of chaos. How many days ahead do you usually get?
