Anyone else meal prep on Sundays with their kids?
Started doing this a few months ago and it's been a game changer. We pick a few recipes Thursday night, shop Saturday, then Sunday I let the kids help me prep everything. My 8yo is on vegetable duty, 5yo does the mixing, and I handle the actual cooking. Takes like 4 hours total but then we have dinners ready all week and the kids actually eat the stuff because they helped make it. Plus they're learning some kitchen skills. Anyone else do this?
Game changer is right. My fridge went from being full of random stuff to actually having a plan. And honestly it's a nice Sunday thing to do together instead of screen time.
