Anyone else obsessed with their cast iron
Got really into cast iron cooking during lockdown and now I'm that guy. Made a 20 inch skillet pizza last Saturday with the kids helping make the dough. Nothing tastes as good as stuff cooked in cast iron. My wife says I need to chill but I'm already planning to get a bigger skillet for next month.
The lockdown cast iron obsession was real. How long did it take you to get your seasoning dialed in? I still have some spots where stuff sticks.
Cast iron for pizza is the move. Do you cook it in the oven or on the grill? I've been experimenting and still haven't nailed the crust.
