Attempt at homemade pizza night went better than expected
Made dough from scratch for the first time last Friday. Let it rise in the fridge overnight like the recipe said. Topped with sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, and fresh basil. Used my cast iron skillet in the oven at 500 degrees for about 15 minutes. Kids actually ate it without complaining and asked for more. Might make this a regular thing honestly.
Did you do it on the grill or in the oven? I've been wanting to try grilling pizza but I'm nervous about the heat distribution.
