Attempted homemade pizza night and it actually worked
Let the kids help make pizza dough from scratch. Middle child got it everywhere, youngest ate like half the flour. But when those pizzas came out of the oven and everyone devoured them and asked for seconds? That was worth the cleanup. Making it a monthly thing. Easiest way to get buy-in from picky eaters is to let them build their own pizza.
This is gold. My wife was skeptical about letting them help with cooking but once they taste something they made themselves, game over. They'll eat literally anything at that point.
