Backyard zip line - worth building?

I've been thinking about putting in a backyard zip line setup. My kids are 9 and 11 and they'd be obsessed. But I'm wondering if it's actually safe or if I'm about to create a trip to the ER. Has anyone installed one? Is it complicated? What do I need to know before even attempting this?
