Best camping trip we've had in years
Took the family up to the lake for 4 days. No phones except emergencies, just fishing, hiking, cooking over the fire, and talking. My oldest caught his first bass and my youngest learned to read a map. We made the worst chili anyone's ever tasted but they laughed so hard they cried. Cost way less than a resort and the memories are worth everything. Already planning the next one.
4 days unplugged is the dream right there. We usually manage maybe one night before someone needs to check something. What's your trick for keeping everyone entertained without screens?
