Bike trail recommendations for twin 7yos - central PA area

We're looking for some easy-to-moderate bike trails in central PA that would work for 7-year-olds. Not looking for anything crazy, just something fun where they can actually ride instead of walk their bikes the whole time. We've done the Susquehanna Riverlands trail a couple times but open to exploring new areas.

Any recommendations? We're flexible on distance and can go pretty much any weekend.

Ricketts Glen State Park has easier sections that would work. Just skip the harder waterfall loops.

Shingletown Park has some good beginner trails that are perfect for that age. Flat enough to not be frustrating but still fun.

Fishing Creek Trail near Bloomsburg is solid for kids. Easy path, water views, and there's a nice spot to grab lunch halfway through.

We did Stone Valley Trail with our 8yo and she loved it. Bring snacks though, kids get hangry fast on bikes.
