Bike trail system recommendations - North Carolina area

Summer's coming and I want to get my kids more into biking. Looking for something with multiple difficulty levels in the Raleigh/Chapel Hill area. My oldest (10) is getting pretty good but the 6yo is still wobbly. Would be ideal if we could all do the same trail together even if at different paces. Any locals have favorites?
