Finally got the go ahead from my wife to start the treehouse project. Got a big oak tree in the backyard that's perfect. Bought all the lumber last week and been planning the design in my garage. Planning to knock it out over the next 3-4 weekends. My boys are so stoked they keep asking when we're starting. Thinking maybe 10x8 feet, simple build nothing too crazy. Anyone have experience with this? Any tips?
