Started the treehouse project last weekend. Got the platform frame up and the kids were so pumped watching it go together. Using treated lumber and lag bolts into the oak tree. Going to add railings and a pulley system for getting stuff up. Anyone else built one of these? Any tips before I get too far along?
That's awesome man, the treated lumber is the right call. My oldest still talks about helping me build our platform last year - those are the moments they remember forever.

We did this last spring and it's still their favorite spot. Just make sure the rope ladder is solid.
