Building raised garden beds this Saturday

Wife wants a vegetable garden. I'm building 3 raised beds from scratch. Never done this before but figured it can't be that hard, just wood and soil right? Watched a couple YouTube videos. Anyone have tips for a first timer? Should I treat the wood or just use it?
