Built a treehouse with my 6 year old and we both cried
So I promised my son we'd build a treehouse last spring and kept putting it off. Finally did it this past weekend. We spent Saturday afternoon drilling, nailing, and measuring. Nothing fancy, just a platform with a railing and a rope ladder. When we climbed up and he realized we actually built something together, he got all emotional. Then I got emotional. Spent like 3 hours up there just sitting and talking about dumb stuff. Best weekend ever honestly.
I want to do something like this with mine but I'm honestly scared I'll mess it up or it won't live up to what he imagines. How did you handle that pressure?
