Built a treehouse with my 7 year old and it only took 6 weekends

So it's not fancy but we did it. Got some plans off YouTube, bought lumber from Home Depot, and just went for it. My son was my little assistant, handing me tools and making decisions about which branch to use. It's just a small platform about 8 feet up in the oak tree but man the pride on his face. Worth every blister and sore back. Planning to add a rope bridge next summer.
