Built a treehouse with my 7yo and it's actually not falling apart
So I decided to build a treehouse with my son last weekend. Figured it would be a cool bonding thing and honestly I've been wanting an excuse to use my power tools. Spent Saturday morning drawing up plans, hit up Home Depot, and by Sunday evening we had a legit platform about 8 feet up in the oak tree. My wife thinks I'm crazy but the kid has barely come down. We're planning to add walls next month. Anyone else do stuff like this? Would love tips on weatherproofing.
Not falling apart is honestly the bar we're all aiming for! Sounds like you did better than most DIY projects I see from other dads on here.
