Built bunk beds for the twins, saved us a ton of space
Went with a simple design, 2x4s and plywood, took me maybe 8 hours total with breaks. Used pocket holes for cleaner joints and they turned out pretty solid. Kids think they're the coolest thing ever. Their room looks way less cramped now and we actually have floor space for them to play. Construction wasn't hard, just tedious. Would do it again.
Nice. Building something they're gonna use every single day for years is one of the best feelings as a dad. Did the twins help or were they just hyped watching you work?
