Cooking Thanksgiving dinner solo this year

First time making the whole Thanksgiving meal by myself. Turkey, sides, everything. I'm decent at cooking but this feels different. Any advice for timing? How do I not mess up the turkey? Should I do a dry brine or wet? Hitting the store Saturday to prep.

First time solo Thanksgiving is actually harder than people think. Make a timeline of when everything needs to go in the oven and stick to it religiously. And honestly, nobody cares if the green bean casserole is homemade or not.

You've got this. The key is doing as much as possible the day before. Stuffing, sides, all of it. Turkey day is just for heating things up and managing timing. Also give yourself a real break between the meal and cleanup or you'll lose your mind.
