Deck project timeline realistic

Planning to build a 16x12 deck in the backyard this summer. Have all the materials ordered and I've got a rough timeline but keep second guessing myself on how long it'll actually take. This is my first big build. Anyone done something similar? How many weekends should I actually budget for this?

Man I feel you on the timeline anxiety. Just finished my basement reno and I kept wanting to push the dates back. Pro tip: add a weekend buffer because something always comes up with the kids.

16x12 is a solid weekend project if you stay focused. I'd give yourself two weekends minimum if you're doing this alone, but totally doable. The second guessing is normal, just stick to your timeline and you'll get it done.
