DIY chicken coop became my new obsession

Started as a simple project to teach my kids where eggs come from. Now I'm 6 weeks deep in YouTube rabbit holes about ventilation and predator proofing. Spent way more than I wanted to but the craftsmanship is solid. My wife thinks I'm insane but the kids named the chickens and my oldest is actually interested in the maintenance schedule. Might be one of my better parenting calls honestly.
