Finally built that raised garden bed

Got it done this weekend after like 3 months of planning. Used cedar boards, added the soil mix, and got some tomato and pepper plants in the ground. My 6 year old helped dig holes which took twice as long but he loved it. Already looking forward to seeing what comes up this summer. Anyone else growing veggies with their kids?

Three months of planning and you actually got it done? That's a win in my book. My boys are so excited to help water plants in the morning, but we're still in the planning phase over here.

Nice work getting it built. My kids love picking tomatoes when they're ripe, so if those plants produce you're going to have some fun rainy days ahead.
