Finally built that raised garden bed - here's what I learned

Spent all day Saturday building a 4x8 raised bed in the backyard. Pro tip: don't cheap out on the wood screws. I used regular ones the first time and they kept stripping when I tried to sink them into the 2x10s. Grabbed some exterior wood screws from Home Depot and the second attempt went way smoother. Already planted tomatoes, peppers, and some herbs. Wife is skeptical it'll actually produce anything but I'm determined to grow something edible this year.
