Finishing my garage gym setup, question about flooring

Been piecing together a home gym for the past few months and I'm at the final stages. Got my squat rack, dumbbells, bench, all that good stuff. Now I need to figure out flooring for dropping weights without destroying the concrete. Thinking either rubber mats or those interlocking tiles. What do you guys use? Also wondering if I should seal the concrete first. Budget is around $500-600 for the whole floor. Open to suggestions.

Flooring is key because you don't want the sound to drive you crazy with every lift. I went with stall mats from the horse supply place and they've been solid. Way cheaper than the fancy stuff.
The final stages are always the hardest because you can see the finish line but there's still stuff to figure out. What kind of flooring were you looking at?
